Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs

- 6 large hard boiled eggs (cooled, peeled, rinsed, and dried)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon salt (or season to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed (plus more for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice (from the jar)
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks.
Place the yolks in a medium mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried dill, yellow mustard, chopped dill pickles and pickle juice. Mix everything until smooth and creamy. Taste the filling and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Using a small spoon, carefully fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle the eggs with a little extra dried dill.
Serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
