What To Serve With Diced Hash Browns?

Serve these with any breakfast, lunch, or dinner main. These hash browns also go great with my Egg Roll In A Bowl Skillet recipe or these other pairing ideas:

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Diced Hash Browns - I used Ore-Ida, but you can use whatever brand you prefer.
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

How To Make Frozen Diced Potatoes In Air Fryer:

  1. To a medium sized bowl, add the frozen potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss until potatoes are well coated.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If you do not have a preheat option on your air fryer, then heat it for 5 minutes.

  1. Once the air fryer is ready, add the potatoes in a singer layer, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through.

  1. Remove potatoes from the air fryer and enjoy as a breakfast or dinner side dish.

  • Cooking oil – This recipe calls for olive oil, but you can use vegetable oil, avocado oil, or canola oil if desired.

Storage And Reheating Instructions:

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 minutes until crispy.

Pro Tips:

  • The air fryer I used to test this recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers vary, adjust cooking time as needed.
  • Shake the air fryer basket halfway through the cooking process for even cooking.
  • If the potatoes appear dry, then spray with additional cooking oil halfway through the cooking process.
